This book compiles a selection of outstanding papers presented at ICLVIM 2024 held on 9-11 August in Suzhou, China. Liutex is a mathematical definition of vortex, first proposed by Dr. Chaoqun Liu in 2018. In the six years since then, significant changes have taken place in how scientists perceive Liutex.
