This book LNCS 15336 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Health Information Science, HIS 2024, held in Hong Kong, China, during December 8-10, 2024. The 18 full papers and 11 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 59 submissions.
